HUGG Walks provide an opportunity to come together with others who have experienced suicide bereavement, to share stories, connect, and take steps forward—literally and figuratively. Our walks are gentle, supportive, and welcoming to all adults impacted by suicide, whether your loss was recent or many years ago.

Who can attend HUGG Walks?

HUGG Walks are open to anyone who has been bereaved by suicide, whether you’ve lost a family member, friend, neighbour, colleague, or teammate. You don’t need to have attended other HUGG services to join.

Our walks are designed for connection, understanding, and gentle reflection.
