All of HUGG’s services aim to improve the supports and services available to those affected or impacted by suicide. One of the ways we do this is by engaging in research projects to enhance the effectiveness of suicide bereavement support, which ultimately contributes to the prevention of further suicides.

HUGG is committed to ensuring that the voices of those with a lived experience of suicide loss is heard and considered, which will in turn bring a better understanding of the impact of suicide bereavement and to improving the support and interventions provided to individuals and communities after a death by suicide.
