On Sunday 28th June, in memory of Seán Evoy, a group of friends and family raised €16,400 by hiking 21km in Glendalough. Organised by Emma Evoy, Seán’s sister, all donations were shared between HUGG and Tribe, a community of young people raising awareness and essential funds for Jigsaw Ireland. The hike also aimed to highlight the importance of getting young men to talk about their mental health. HUGG extends a very big Thank You to Emma and all those who participated in, and donated to, the fundraiser on what would have been Seán’s 21st birthday.
