Walk 100km for HUGG

Ready to take on a challenge while supporting people bereaved by suicide? HUGG’s 100km Walking Challenge gives you the opportunity to get active, set yourself a goal and support people across Ireland affected by suicide bereavement.

Whether you take on the challenge alone, with friends, family or colleagues, every kilometre helps support HUGG’s work providing support after suicide.

Why walk 100km for HUGG?

When someone dies by suicide, the impact can reach far beyond the person who has died. Those bereaved can experience many different emotions and challenges as they navigate life after their loss.

HUGG provides free peer support groups for adults bereaved by suicide, offering a place to connect with others who have experienced a similar loss.

By taking part in the 100km Walking Challenge, you can help HUGG continue providing support to people bereaved by suicide across Ireland.

Take on the challenge together

Why not ask a friend, family member or colleague to join you?

You can walk together, encourage each other and share your progress as you work towards 100km. Workplaces, walking clubs and community groups can also take part and set their own group goal.

Every walk is an opportunity to connect, get moving and support HUGG.
