A suicide death of an employee can have an enormous impact on the workplace. The suicide death of clients, vendors, or a family member of an employee can also have a profound impact.
In order to help employers deal with the impact of suicide, the Irish Hospice Foundation produced a guide for employers. Employers/Managers play a critical roles in setting the tone for how the rest of the workplace will respond to a suicide.
