Suicide Bereavement Liaison Service
Free, confidential service that provides assistance and support after the loss of a loved one to suicide. The SBL service can meet with a bereaved family as a group or individually. They can answer questions about some of the difficult practical issues following a death by suicide. They also provide guidance or assistance in accessing a therapeutic service, or even just to talk with someone locally about what has happened.

Finding local bereavement support is not easy. We believe that creating a collaborative network of organisations across Ireland will help us to increase and improve the support available for individuals bereaved or affected by suicide.
For some people this may be availing of professional services to assist you in understanding your grief, explore the thoughts, emotions, feelings and behaviours that are common to suicide bereavement and find ways to integrate your grief.
